and over the calories and through the holidays....

I'm still around.... still running (mostly).... still plotting my next races.... still balancing the budget (kinda)....

and surviving the holidays.

I'm pondering a new project that involves my love of running, sewing, and desire to make a quilt sometime in my lifetime. Over time, as I continue to finish races, I'd like to stitch a map of the various cities where I've run these races onto quilt squares, highlighting the race course on each. Since I don't know how long I'll be running through my life, I could cap them off every 5-10 years or so. How fun would that be?! Wrap myself up in the races of my twenties, thirties, or forties. We can only hope it'll span even further than that. oooh, excitement of a new idea!
